At Kuvitellaan store, we want to make it possible for your old clothes to find a new, wonderful home - so take advantage of our platform and audience: together, we'll find a new loving home for your clothes!

How does the Salesweek work?

1. Purchase the Salesweek for your products here. The rental fee for a sales spot for two weeks is 75€, which is only €37,5/week! The rent for four weeks is 140€, which is 35€/week

2. After placing your order, you will receive an email within two business days from kuvitellaan-store@hotmail.com. The email will include the dates of your upcoming Salesweek and instructions on how to send the products to us. NOTE: You will need to pay for the shipping of the products to us.

3. Send the products to us as soon as possible, at least a week before your Salesweek begins. NOTE: You can send a maximum of 10 products. If you want to deliver more products, please purchase a four-week package (max 20 products).

4. Once the products arrive, we will photograph them, measure them, set the price and add them to the store! The service also includes active promotion of the products on social media platforms, as well as shipping the products to the customer.

5. After the weeks have passed, we will inform you of the items that were sold and those that were not. From the sold products, we will transfer 85% of the selling price of the products to your Finnish bank account or via Mobilepay. Alternatively, you can choose a Kuvitellaan store gift card instead: in this case, we will provide you with a gift card worth 90% of the selling price of the products. If some of your products remain unsold, we will deduct the shipping costs for the unsold items from your profit. If all your products remain unsold, you will need to pay for the shipping of the products. Example: Posti's small package is €5.90. We will pack and ship the products back to you.

Please note that depending on the queue for Salesweeks or the schedule of normal releases, your Salesweek might be scheduled further in the future. If the queue or any other aspect related to the Salesweek pops up any questions to your mind, you can send us a message via email at kuvitellaan-store@hotmail.com, a direct message on Instagram @kuvitellaanstore, or through TikTok @kuvitellaan. Once you have paid the rental fee for the Salesweek, it is non-refundable. Therefore, please ask any questions in advance - we are happy to answer all of them!

We accept all kinds of used alternative fashion clothing and accessories, including handmade items! The products can show signs of wear and minor defects or stains are not an issue. However, we do not accept items that are clearly dirty from RECENT USE. Please wash/air out the items before sending them to us. We will steam them for sales photos, so you don't need to iron or otherwise prepare the items!

We do not accept products purchased from SHEIN or other ultra-fast fashion brands. We also do not accept underwear, swimwear or children's clothes. We reserve the right to withhold listing items, we have already received, on our website if they do not align with Kuvitellaan store's brand image or meet our quality standards for resale due to their condition.
